You can’t imagine the life we have,
Some people are happy with a poodle for dinner.
When we compare our food,
A hotdog is a gourmet chunk of scraps.

Once again we are better off,
When you think of sickness and death.
We Americans have it all,
Good medicine and worry-free families.

We do have down sides,
But we do have it better.
They suffer,
While we do as we wish to be happy,
Through our lives.

I shall not state again,
But you deserve to know.
We are not necessarily better people,
We just have better lives.
We have it all.
