War. What’s the need for it
As we spill the blood of our brothers and sisters across this earth?
All of us just waiting for a rebirth.
Fighting over land and fossil fuel.
Yeah, some people think it’s cool.
But only if they knew of what really happens.
Families getting their children taken forever.
Babies that will never get to see their father or mother.
While we sit comfortably here at home under this country’s freedom.
The freedom bought by soldiers, every single one.
But everything has a price, including our freedom.
And for that we can thank the men and women on the frontline.
Just waiting, ready to die for us.
