As I sit in a room as dark as it can be,
I wait for somebody to open the door,
And set me free.
Man, oh man, this room is as dark as me,
But I still sit, wait, and wonder when somebody will open the door,
And set me free.
A woman opened the door wearing clothes as dark as me,
But, I realize I’m dreaming,
Please wake me up, and set me free.
