Gizmos and gadgets and thingies galore
That’s what you’ll find on my bedroom floor.
Thingamabobs, whatchamacallits, other things too
Dig really deep and you might find some goo!
I know it’s disgusting, but I don’t really mean it;
I don’t ever find time to go up and clean it.
I never go up there, not even to sleep.
Just starting to think about it gives me the creeps!
I’m afraid to go in and see anymore
So I grab what I need and just close the door.
