Blowing fast around the bend
Steadily blending in
With the water ripples, leaves, and trees
Shaking with ease
Birds high in the sky
Feeling the breeze
And me I’m just a kid
I sit on the grass sipping lemonade
It’s the highest of grade
Yes, I may fall
But the wind has my back
Whatever the weather
The wind will last forever
