Hi Mommy.
I’m alive.
I’m inside your stomach.
It’s really empty.
I’m two weeks old.
I don’t want to see you cry.
Since you’ve seen your boyfriend,
You have been sad all night.
I would hug you,
But I’m not born.
Not yet.

Today we are going to the doctor.
What is he doing?
What is that metal thing?
Mommy, it’s grabbing my leg, my arm.
Mommy, he is pulling.
Mommy, please help me.

I just wanted to make you happy.
Be part of your family.
Maybe I wasn’t perfect,
But I’m just a baby.
I might not be here,
But my spirit will be with you forever.

I know you are crying.
I know it was a hard choice.
Maybe you weren’t ready to be a mom,
But Mommy I wasn’t ready to die either.
You don’t have to explain.
I understand.
If one day a baby brother comes
Please Mommy, don’t kill him too.
