Why?
Why did you have to be taken away?
I thought you’d be here,
For so long, to stay.
What did I do,
To deserve this punishment from you?
Nothing to hold onto,
Nothing to believe in,
No longer can I have,
A single word to send.
In this dark zone,
It feels so wrong.
Never did I think I’d be so alone,
Without the smooth shell of my nice cell phone.
