I am a winner
I refuse to fail.
When times get rough
I refuse to bail.
As I grip the ball
I feel like a winner.
I release the ball
“swish” into the net it enters.
With my head held high
I will always achieve,
and my feet down low
I stand tall and lead.
Basketball is a dream
A dream that no one can take from me.
I am a winner
And the best that I can be.
