My mind is like water,
Sometimes rapid and frantic,
Other times calm and peaceful.
In stressful times, my tide is high.
In times of peacefulness, my tide is low.
In times of loneliness, my tide is stagnant.
At all times though, life is within me.
It is subtle, calm, and free.
This state is called love.
