Her skin is brown,
mine is white.
I love to run,
she loves to bike.
She plays soccer,
I play lacrosse.
I try to tell her what to do,
She thinks she’s the boss.
To aggravate her is my goal,
to shriek at me is hers.
I hope she knows this will never change.
What else would she expect from her brother?
God knew she was the one for us,
without Him we’d have missed her.
She came home to us when I was three,
I love my little sister.
